- Guggul (Commiphora mukul) - Dominantly used in arthritic pains. Helps in reversing the degenerative changes occurred in joint and bones as well as relieving pain and swelling. It also supports in burning body fat and reducing the body weight.
- Nirgundi (Vitex negundo) - Analgesic and anti-inflammatory and relaxes muscle
- Shallaki (Boswellia serrate) - contains anti-inflammatory triterpenoids called boswellic acid which is effective as anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic agents, for both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, soft tissue rheumatism, and low back pain.
